This class is designed to build balance both on your hands and feet. It's a great way to start your weekend and learn some new skills.

MUAY THAI CIRCUITS

SESSION IS TAKEN BY MULTIPLE TIME KICKBOXING CHAMPION LUKE REED

This session is for all fitness and ability levels. A Circuit session with a Muay Thai boxing twist (pads and bag work).
